Some highlights:
I’ve created a bespoke CRM system for a consumer services start-up in a new industry. I created the concept and managed the first build. Recently the system has been valued in seven figures and franchised internationally.
I’ve worked with several very large (20+) and small legal teams on transactions for clients. I’ve facilitated kick-off meetings, coached senior and junior members in practical project management for the law (not Prince 2!), developed tools for financial reporting to clients, built e-dealrooms, facilitated reviews and built a web-based toolkit and library of lessons learned. The largest deal involved was$25 bn. The second largest was £11.5 bn. Some were really quite small.
I’ve coached a small property-based legal team on project managing transactions in Central Europe.
I’ve project managed the design and build of a corporate intranet for a commercial property management company.
I’ve helped small internal teams move into Web 2.0 territory with experimentation with blogs. This turned out to be a successful replacement for emails talking about new developments and areas members of the teams were particularly interested in.
I’ve worked on project managing a website to deliver answers to the questions asked by head teachers and deputy heads about running their schools.
I’ve run a Board-level review of a major corporate intranet and CRM implementation.
I’ve advised a large private bank on its European strategy.
I’ve been a strategic adviser to large companies in broadcasting, healthcare, insurance and petrochemicals.
