I have 15 years’ experience of knowledge management and teamworking from McKinsey, City firms and West End start-ups. I have led successful projects spanning team charters and deal closing logistics to social networking tools, intranets and websites.
I coach and facilitate professional teams on large, client-focused projects and change management initiatives. I have regularly worked and presented at Board level and to senior partners. I frequently coach teams on better use of familiar toos, such as best practice in kick-off meetings and reviews. My most recent work with teams has focused on using intranets and emerging web-based tools to enable better collaboration.

Always, my approach is to develop a practical tool with a tangible business benefit that is easy to use, maintain and learn from. This may be as simple as a team charter or as complex as a national website.
I have wide experience of working in French and Italian, having studied both languages to post-graduate level and worked extensively in French- and Italian-speaking countries.
